HOW TO REDEEM:

To Redeem Offline:

• Visit participating Taj, Vivanta Hotels, or amã Stays & Trails in India (not valid at Ginger Hotels).
• Select your preferred services.
• For prepaid room reservations via Taj Reservations Worldwide, share the card number and PIN at the reception.
• Present a valid card (physical or email copy) at the time of availing the service.
• Pay any balance amount, if applicable, through an alternative payment method.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:

• The cards can be redeemed at Taj, SeleQtions, Vivanta hotels and Ama Trails & Stays in India. This does not include Ginger Hotels.
• Multiple transactions can be performed on the cards until the value of the card is exhausted
• For prepaid room reservations at Taj Reservations Worldwide the card number and PIN must be quoted when making the reservation
• A valid card in its original form or e-mail must be presented at the time of availing a service

Please provide the Instant Gift Voucher details when making purchases online/ at the store, or utilizing the services offered by the said Merchant Establishment for which the voucher has been issued. Please make note of the Terms & Conditions given below.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• Taj Experiences Gift Cards/eGift Cards (hereinafter referred to as “card/s”) are issued by The Indian Hotels Company Limited, hereinafter referred to as “Taj/the company.”
• To check balance and validity, please visit Taj Hotels Gift Cards and input the card number in the Check Balance section.
• The card balance may be redeemed towards rooms, food and beverages, spa, other services, and applicable taxes without restrictions at Taj, SeleQtions, Vivanta Hotels, and amã Stays & Trails in India. It is not valid at Ginger Hotels. Redemption is not allowed for retail spends at third-party outlets, business centre equipment hire, hired services from third-party sources, or expenses of a personal nature for which a pay-out is raised (e.g., medicines, personal item repairs, etc.).
• Cards can be redeemed for all valid spends at participating hotels and at Taj Reservations Worldwide for prepaid room reservations in India.
• Multiple transactions can be performed on the cards until the value is fully exhausted.
• If the purchase value exceeds the card balance, the differential amount must be paid at the point of sale in cash or through an accepted credit/debit card.
• A valid card in its original form or e-mail must be presented at the time of availing services.
• For prepaid room reservations at Taj Reservations Worldwide, the card number and PIN must be quoted when making the reservation. The entire amount must be paid using the card to secure the booking. If the card balance is less than the payable amount, the card may be reloaded at Taj Hotels Gift Cards before processing the reservation. Standard cancellation policies will apply. For eligible refunds from cancellations, please contact Taj Reservations Worldwide.
• The card is not valid at any other service establishment and cannot be used for cash withdrawal.
• No refund, replacement, or cashback will be provided against the card. Once issued, the company will not entertain any cancellation requests.
• Taj Experiences Gift Cards are cash-equivalent bearer cards. The company is not responsible for lost or stolen cards and will not provide replacements.
• Redemption of the card by its bearer constitutes valid discharge of the company’s liabilities in respect of the card.
• Any disputes must be referred to The Indian Hotels Company Limited, and the company’s decision shall be final.
• Any further dispute related to the card shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
• The card is subject to applicable laws. The company, purchaser, and card bearer must comply with all applicable laws as promulgated by statutory/judicial/competent authorities from time to time.
• The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. Any updates will be available on the official website.
