HOW TO REDEEM:

Online Redemption Process:

• Visit the Nykaa website at https://www.nykaa.com/.
• At the payment page, select the "Gift Card" payment option. Enter your 16-digit Card Code and the corresponding Card PIN and click Apply. The Gift Card amount will be deducted from the payable amount.
• To use multiple gift cards, add them to your Nykaa Wallet.

Offline Redemption Process:

• Visit any Nykaa retail store listed at https://www.gyftr.com/nykaa.
• Select the items you want to purchase.
• Share the 16-digit card code and corresponding card PIN with the cashier. Make balance payments using any other available payment method. If the order value is less than the e-Gift Card amount, the e-Gift Card won’t be applied.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:

• You can redeem only 1 Gift Card per order.
• Gift Vouchers CAN be used during the Sale.
• Gift Vouchers are ACCEPTED at all listed outlets.
• Gift Vouchers CAN be used Online.
• To redeem multiple gift cards, please add the gift cards to the Nykaa Wallet.

• This E-Gift Card is redeemable on Nykaa group online platforms: Nykaa.com, NykaaMan.com, NykaaFashion.com, and at Nykaa Retail stores (Lux and On Trend formats).
• This E-Gift Card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
• E-Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or credit and cannot be reloaded.
• The Gift Card once purchased cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned. Recipient email or mobile number cannot be changed after purchase.
• You can redeem only 1 Gift Card per order. To redeem multiple gift cards, add them to the Nykaa Wallet. Gift Cards can be combined with promotional codes and other payment options.
• Nykaa reserves the right to cancel E-Gift Cards purchased fraudulently or if KYC details are incorrect/insufficient. Funds will be credited back to the source of payment.
• E-Gift Cards are prepaid instruments subject to RBI regulations. Nykaa may share purchaser/redeemer details with statutory authorities.
• Nykaa is not responsible if a card is used without permission. Card codes must be kept confidential.
• If the order value exceeds the E-Gift Card amount, the balance must be paid using another payment method.
• Nykaa may cancel e-Gift Cards obtained fraudulently; funds will be returned to the source of payment.
• Nykaa E-Retail Pvt. Ltd. provides no express or implied warranties for e-Gift Cards. In case of non-functional cards, the sole remedy is issuance of another card for the remaining value.
• These terms are in addition to platform-specific terms. Nykaa may change these terms at its discretion without notice.
• Registered users can add multiple Nykaa Gift Cards to their Nykaa Wallet and use the combined balance for redemption.
• Nykaa Gift Cards/E-Gift Cards/Nykaa Wallet Balance cannot be used to purchase Gold/Silver coins, bars, or jewellery.
