HOW TO REDEEM:

• To redeem Makemytrip Holiday E Pay Voucher Online, visit www.makemytrip.com or MMT app. Select your holiday package. On the payment page, select Gift cards, wallets & more options.
• To redeem Makemytrip Holiday E Pay Voucher Offline, you can call the Holiday Expert on 0124-4859657.
• Select Makemytrip Gift Card option.
• Select the third option MMT e-pay gift card and enter 16 digits number in the input box. If you have any valid Gift Card, click on "Add Gift Card".
• You will receive the OTP on your registered mobile number.
• Enter the OTP in the input box and click on "verify and add card".
• You can now check the added MMT e-Pay gift cards.
• Click on 'Apply' to use the e-Pay balance for the booking.
• For the balance amount (if any), use the other listed payment modes.

• MakeMyTrip Holiday e-Pay CAN be used online at www.makemytrip.com/android app/iOS app.

• The MakeMyTrip Holiday e-Pay Gift Card can be redeemed online at www.makemytrip.com or on the MakeMyTrip Android & iOS app for MakeMyTrip holiday bookings only.
• The MakeMyTrip Holiday e-Pay Gift Card is valid for partial redemption. The balance will remain in the MakeMyTrip Holiday e-Pay Gift Card until the validity period and can be reused for multiple transactions.
• A maximum of 3 MakeMyTrip Holiday e-Pay Gift Cards can be combined and used in 1 booking.
• Products and services are subject to availability.
• The MakeMyTrip Holiday e-Pay Gift Card cannot be redeemed offline for flights and hotels.
• The MakeMyTrip Holiday e-Pay Gift Card is not valid on Cabs, Buses, Activities, Rail, Homestays, or VISA.
• The MakeMyTrip Holiday e-Pay Gift Card is not valid on bookings through myBiz.
• The MakeMyTrip Holiday e-Pay Gift Card is not applicable to the Pay Later payment option.
• The MakeMyTrip Holiday e-Pay Gift Card cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing offer, discount, cashback, or promotion run by makemytrip.com on the app or website.
• The MakeMyTrip Holiday e-Pay Gift Card cannot be cancelled or exchanged for cash.
• The MakeMyTrip Holiday e-Pay Gift Card validity cannot be extended under any circumstances.
• MakeMyTrip is not responsible if the MakeMyTrip Holiday e-Pay Gift Card is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
• In case of cancellation of bookings made using the MakeMyTrip Holiday e-Pay Gift Card within the validity period, the amount will be reversed to the same MakeMyTrip Holiday e-Pay Gift Card used at the time of booking.
• Users are required to save the MakeMyTrip Holiday e-Pay Gift Card number to utilize the refunded amount, as we will not be able to reissue a new MakeMyTrip Holiday e-Pay Gift Card number.
• In case of cancellations where the MakeMyTrip Holiday e-Pay Gift Card validity has expired, no refund will be processed for the amount paid by the MakeMyTrip Holiday e-Pay Gift Card.
• In case of transaction failures, after the MakeMyTrip Holiday e-Pay Gift Card is applied, the amount will be automatically refunded to the same MakeMyTrip Holiday e-Pay Gift Card within 24 hours.
• MakeMyTrip and Gyftr are the final authorities on the interpretation of these rules.
• MakeMyTrip reserves the right to deny accepting any MakeMyTrip Holiday e-Pay Gift Card if it suspects that the cards are duplicated.
• In no event shall the liability of MakeMyTrip for any claims exceed the value of the MakeMyTrip Holiday e-Pay Gift Card.
• In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
• This is for individual use only. Travel agents found using the MakeMyTrip Holiday e-Pay Gift Card will lead to cancellation of the booking, and no refund will be made.
